I registered with Milpark as my company requires that we be NQF, upon registration, I received no correspondence with Millpark regarding anything, only when I went to their website, did I find the necessary informing relating to my studies. And as I do not have access to Internet it posed to be a problem.
As you know the post office was on strike and every time I went there I could not be assisted. I do have Internet access neither at work or at home.
I am based in sunnypark, Pretoria and the branch was not functional during that time, therefore i posted the assignment at Menlyn as the branch was operating the Saturday before the due date and they explained that they could not guarantee when it will be delivered as the go slow was still on.
I was saddened to hear that my assignment was not marked and I will not be allowed to write my exam due to that. A whole lot is ridding on me completing my certificate. My contract ends by the end of June and I was hoping that by then I'd be NQF5 and taken permanently. Now milpark AC department says I need to prove that the SAPOS was on strike, really??? I am also doing my Bcom degree with UNISA and it had the decency to give us provision
