We've been waiting more than a week for Bryanston Pools to start work on remarbelling our pool and fixing a leaking pipe -- even though they said it would be finished (never mind started) by Monday. Every day, a different work team arrives with a different story. Half the garden was dug up by one work team one day, only for the next day's work team to say it had been done wrong, and they dug up a different part. They were due to start marbelling, but each day's work team has a different explanation as to why they can't do it. As things stand, the pool is empty, some "preparatory" work has been done, and yesterday's and today's work team has yet to turn up. I can't help thinking it's because we gave them an upfront deposit, and they're happy to just sit on the money.
