Well done to Shane and his team (Bakgat Pools) on the succesfull construction of our new concrete-fibreglass pool. This project was extremely well handled and delivered on time! Our decision to opt with Bakgat was purely based on "word of mouth" in conjunction with HelloPeter reports. We had so many companies who quoted us and we did not feel comfortable but today we are really happy. We have full confidence that the product will last and especially with the Great attitude the Bakgat team had towards us, our decisions and requests, their attitude is very assuring since all commitments were dealt with in a prompt manner. The team went the extra mile and additional favours were done without asking for any reward. Now that is what you call good business acumen, understanding your customer's needs.
