Please do not use Gido, Terrible Attitude & Service

Gido Electrical came out and test our electric fencing, at 5 Luther Street, Suideroord, few weeks ago. Technician Denson came out, 05/04/2013. He told us the battery was dead, and installed a new one for R200-00. We also paid a callout fee of R400-00 for a supposed 1 hr callout. He provided a report that the battery was dead and there was no voltage on the cables, and that a whole new upgrade of the fencing needs to be done. He left the fence in a non-working state, hence could not understand why he changed the battery as it made no difference to the problem. When we called to get the quote for the repairs, we were told that the report was not given back so a quote could not be done yet. We are still waiting for the quote for the repairs. After I sent a complaint in writing, Krishmi contacted with no apology and asked me for banking details for full refund, which was never done. Next week Douglas called me and basically called me a saying he will send my husband for a detector test, he also said his co was too busy so that is why we had not received the quote. He was very rude and put the phone down one me. Will be be reporting Gido to the CPA, as this is not acceptable!!!
