Money Upfront but No Service Delivery

I contacted Gido for an electrical fence compliance certificate. I was invoiced and made an upfront payment. I was told I would be contacted the next day by a consultant and would have an appointment made for later in the week. It is now Friday, and I have not even been contacted by a consultant. What terrible service after requesting an upfront payment.
