EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I need to let Gido know the shocking service I have received from them this last few days.
We had a problem with our system with the alarm going off and we also noticed that our back fence did not have any warning signs - this was installed by you approx 18months before. We lodged with you for a technician to come and check the fence. He attended to the problem and said that there were loose wires in our control box. He also installed warning signs on our back fence but charged us R40.00 for this. When my wife asked him why we were being charged as this should have been done with the original installation she was told she should have checked it then? We paid him R540.00 in total. That evening we noticed that our warning light on our fence was no longer flashing and my wife contacted your company the next day. She was told that the technician had nothing to do with the light on the fence and it was just Murphy's Law? and we would have to pay another R500.00 for a callout? Your service is totally disgusting and your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I would like our money back for work not done otherwise i will be taking this up with the relevant authorities.
