Having seen on the Gido website that "they will repair or service your electric fence on the same day, if you call their offices before 10am", I called on the morning of 17 January and was informed that they can only help me on saturday the 19th but I had to pay an after hours call out fee of R600. I was also informed that the next available opportunity was on the 23rd January, which contradicts what is guaranteed on their website.
