I had my wooden garage door re-furbished and motorised with Jenrick Doors and have to say that customer service is pathetic, then we don't even talk about the motors that they newly installed which is also not working..
After numerous complaints/phone calls for assistance I am still not happy with the outcome even though they replaced the new motor installed since the second one is also not working 100 % and we still await a second remote as promised..
