I had 2 wooden garage doors installed mid December 2012. One of the doors never closed properly and there was always leaves and dirt blowing into my garage. The spring on the same door was also not installed properly and would get stuck sometimes, causing the cables to go off the pulleys. I never bothered calling them for repairs as I lived around the issues, but the weekend the Easylift motor stopped working. I sent Roos Garage Doors Head Office a mail on monday, and they promised me it wouldn't be a problem and they would come out to repair all the items I mentioned on Wednesday at 9am. It is now almost 11am and no-one has arrived. I phoned and was informed they were late due to traffic - a blatant as their office is 27km away and they would have been stuck in traffic for almost 3 hours now (which isnt the case, according to Tomtom traffic).
I find such behavior very unprofessional and I am starting to think that they will never show up, as other complaints on Hellopeter. I had to take a day off work to be here for them, so I wonder what would happen if I bill them now for my time they have wasted.
