The booked refurbishment of garage doors was carried out on the date discussed. It is now three weeks later and the completion of the job as signed between Jenrick doors and myself is still not completed. They removed the old coating as stated but have not fitted the new weather seals or replaced one of the panels.
Beware of paying a 70% deposit as this seems to be what they only do and dont come back to finish the job.
Also do not believe the story of profiling your doors with some special machine, all they do is chemical strip the doors and with a belt sander sand the flat areas. Thats all and then apply an oil based sealer. Dont worry about the excess oil that runs down the inside of the door that they dont touch up or the story of servicing the hardware on your doors, as the dirty oily hinges etc are just put back.
If the job had been completed one could ovelook the lack of truth in how they do the service but that cannot even happen.
Now all emails and telephone calls are ignored.
