- I used them to do 2jobs @my home & requested quote for3rd job when 2nd was done 4/02/2013. Received quote @21h4110th Feb after query since 7th. Accepted via WhatsApp pm 10th and confirmed via e-mail 11th when Angie advised Robert booked for 2 wks. I accepted & confirmed I'll wait. On 21st she advised that Robert would attend 5/6thMar. AM on 4th Mar she advised that Robert was out purchasing material for job & that it would be done 5th.@16h30on4th she advised that material order was 'messed up' by supplier & asked if Iwanted to go ahead so she could re-order material. I agreed by return e-mail. Since 11th I have been querying when job will be done. On 19th I was informed (after query again) that they were leaving for UK 21stMar due to Robert's Dad being very ill. I asked if their stand-in could attend to job, or trusted associate. Angie advised they do not have any1 standing in for business nor do they have carpenter associate. She further advised on WhatsApp: "..right now I cannot devote any time to this as I have rather more important things to focus on.." & sorry they could not help. When will job bedone?
