I wanted to buy a wendy house made of Nutec to use as an office, but had very specific requirements. I was very impressed when Sandy Van Breda one of the owners of Condo warehouse came around immediately to meausre up. He was very pleasant and defnitely had the gift of the gab. I confided in him that good service was the biggest issue for me as I had been let down by other people. Whilst there, he gave me some other suggestions regarding having a proper office built instead. He left and said that he would send the quote in the next day or two... NOTHING!! One wk later, I called him and he apologised making some feeble excuse. When chatting though he cornered me into revealing my budget of R20, 000, which is more than enough for a wendy house! He promised to have the quote to me soon! Another wk goes by and still NOTHING!! I called him today and he insisted his PA had sent a mail, which I know she did not. He was once again very apologetic and said he would follow up with her and get right back to me -NOTHING!! It is plain to see they are only interested in the big jobs - but little does he know, My neighbour is building a R250k project & asked me for recommedations!! STEER CLEAR!
