After I pick up my vehicle and paid them, when I got home within? 5min and I started it again there was one of a noise in the motor I open the bonnet and then to see that the vehicle is in a worst condition that ever before. When I return the vehicle and showed the foreman he also agreed that it was not my Cylinder Head as of day 1 and it most properly will be the oil cooler. My question to him then was why they not checked this before go crazy stripping everything. After numerous phone calls and mails Team Diesel and Robert Bosch they just don't phone me back I have to phone and ask. I have reported this issue to Robert Bosch and also no feed back from them as yet. Team Diesel advised me on 22-01 at 14h40 after I had to phone them again that the oil cooler only in 3 days I ask why can't they get one from a local supplier as I phoned them and they have stock and R400 I was told they don't do business with that co and must wait. The agent's price is R4408.00 and Team Diesel R500 per hour. I spoke to Team Diesel and send a mail to explain I will collect my vehicle today and need my monies back today I did not hear anything again 4hrs now. Team Diesel gives bad services.
