Breach of contract and late delivery

Ordered my new kitchen late February, was given the 18 March 2013, as first day of installation, with installation to be completed on Wednesday, before the public holiday. The cupboards were only delivered to the branch on Monday (18th of March) afternoon, therefore installation only started on Tuesday. I was told that all items for my kitchen had been delivered and installation could take place. Now Wednesday morning and several required panels are missing as well as the cupboard doors and drawer faces have not been received. They want the money before they start installation and delivery, but nothing from their side has been delivered. Now installation will only be completed on the Friday after the public holiday, the day I wanted to spend cleaning and putting my kitchen back together. This also has created problems with the fact that I need to be at work, and they keep changing their minds, when the job will be finished.
