In the course of November 2013 I approached CHC Randburg to design, manufacture and install a new kitchen.
My brief was (1) installation has to be complete by 20 December 2013. (2) Drawers not shelves for bottom cupboards.
I was most impressed with the "service" initially" until i had to pay in full. Installation was to commence 9 Dec 2013 but units only delivered after 5.30pm on 13 Dec 2013. Part installation for the granite to be measured and installed commenced on Sunday 15 Dec after 3pm.. Had to cancel dinner arrangements as they only finished after 10.30pm. Then the following week I waited for them to complete installation as everyday Joey Jones had excuses. Finally Friday 20th December 2013 Alain sends me a text message at 6.35pm to say he will be finished within an hour and then he will be on his way to me after I had told Joey Jones that morning installation had to be complete before 6pm. So Alain wanted to arrive around 8.30pm on a Friday night to work! Next communication was 24 December, the day I was to host Xmas eve dinner with no oven and no kitchen sink. The top cupboards don't line up, granite too narrow and not supported at joins, no drawers. To name but a few
