I had my kitchen redone by TNT kitchens in August / September 2013. After making several mistakes during the manufacturing of the cabinets, the kitchen was installed 2 weeks later than promised.
During installation, there were several hick-ups due to incorrect supply of cabinets doors and accessories. The granite installed is made up of small pieces which is jointed on several places, which is not what we paid for.
Since the installation, we have 2 complaints about poor workmanship. I contacted TNT kitchens twice now, to report this defects, and request them to be sorted, but with no success. They don't even bother returning my calls, never mind attempting to come and repair the defects. When you call the office to report any issues, they commit to make an effort, but this is all a joke.
All of this, after I paid R110 000 for a new kitchen.
