A confirmed date for installation of kitchen counter was scheduled for Thur 31 Oct 2013. Nobody arrived and nobody called. After calls were made to find out why the installation team hadn't arrived it was rescheduled to the next day.
An e mail voicing dissatisfaction regarding this was unanswered.
The team arrived late (at 11am) with part of the order missing.
There was no supervisor overseeing the installation, during which a kitchen unit was scratched and a new oven dented.
My carpenter actually assisted with the installation.
Part of the installation had to be compromised leaving an unsightly join.
A slab that was supposed to be one piece was delivered in two! This was not supposed to be the case and was not communicated prior to acceptance of the quotation.
Installation was due to continue today (4/11/2013) but no one arrived.
The service encountered is nothing short of shocking.
I would urge anyone contemplating using Stonehenge to look elsewhere.
