On the 06/06/2013 we signed and accepted a quote with P & N Designer House CC trading as K B S Kitchens to install our new kitchen (from scratch) and main bedroom's built in cupboards. Shenaaz and Neville Thaver owns the company. We have paid them as per the quotes payment terms and conditions and 6 MONTHS down the line we only have carcasses to show for it. No worktops, no doors, no drawers and no hanging space!!! Shenaaz and Neville basically took 90% of the money (this was made up out of a 50% deposit on order and 40% on installation of the carcasses) and have failed to deliver in finalising our kitchen and BIC installation. 6 MONTHS without a functional kitchen has been an absolute nightmare and HUGE inconvenience to us. We are 6 days away from Christmas and our continuous pleas seem to fall on deaf ears and we are being told one after the other. We have now approached an attorney to sought legal action against them should the installation not be completed by the 24/12/2013. All we want is our kitchen and BIC installation to be completed as promised. They selectively respond to our e-mails and SMS's as and when they please to do so. PATHETIC AND SHOCKING SERVICE!!
