Incomplete work and terrible customer service

After accepting the quote (to fix up the entire roof, edge it and replace all rotting wood - I thought) it took a month of phone calls before I could get a date when the work would start. After working for 2 days I was emailed an invoice and rudely told to pay immediately. Only 2 end caps were fitted, roof buddies were missing, the extra tiles had not been painted, the brandering was not replaced and there was rubble and paint drops everywhere. After much argument (with Salome) the production manager, Delvin, came to view it and agreed that the job was not complete. They then came and did most of the work but still left an area incomplete. I then received another rude email demanding payment. I sent a photo of the unfinished area and was told that it needed a fascia and that that had not been quoted on. I now have to call in another roofing company to complete the job that I hired Revamp-It to do. Salome (the office manager) is extremely rude, Ray (the salesperson) failed to give me a complete quote or adequately explain what needed to be done, Delvin (production manager) agreed on the extra work to complete the job but then didn't complete the work as discussed. I am disgusted!
