TGA first stepped foot on my property in October 2012. It is now March 2013, and they STILL have not finished the installation of my aluminum doors & windows. They have returned over ten times to replace shoddy products - leaking doors, wrong handles, scratched glass, cracked brand new dog flap that we supplied to them to fit in the door... the list is endless. Not ONCE did they arrive when they said they would. The normal wait was between 2-3 hours. Always left a mess behind. Even had admittance from them that there is NO quality control at their warehouse - as products kept being delivered that were damaged. Useless client service, with people in charge not bothering to return calls, or to follow up on progress of job being done. Sent them an official complaint email 2 weeks ago & had no response. Can safely say this is the worst company I have ever come in touch with in this country. Subsequently I booked to have my kitchen windows replaced, and went through Metal Windows who have been superb from start to finish. They arrive and put down their own drop sheets, have an on site manager who monitors work being done, have follow up calls to check customer satisfaction etc.
