Against my better judgement I hired Bruce (072 155 3498) from who owns his own company in the Tableview area - Poolwise to install a new pool filter. He quoted me to replace the old filter, raise my current motor and take away the old filter. When he arrived, he replaced the old filter, did not raise the motor, instead forced the power cable to extend lower and silicon it in place and then told me some story on how his bakkie was in the shop so he would fetch the old filter the next week. I tried to contact him on numerous occasions to remind him about the filter - this was before Christmas - heard nothing! I also called and left messages to tell him the one new pipe installed leaked water which may the pump slower and ask him to come fix it - again nothing - this is a prime example of POOR service once he had his money that's it. I even saw him the other day still driving his golf - no bakkie after 4 months - . Don't use this company! I can however recommend the Pool People in Bothasig.
