I have purchased building material from Jabula hardware and was promised delivery on Wednesday morning but after numerous calls to the store it was told to me that they cannot deliver due to them putting drivers on short time due to rain, when asked about the delivery of my goods, I was told that they will make a plan and deliver the next day, I insisted on delivery the same day as i had workers on my property awaiting the supplies. The stuff arrived after 4 pm that afternoon only to find that 15 blocks were damaged and therefore resulting in my builder not signing receipt of the delivery.
I called the store at 4:30 pm to inform them that i will be expecting the replacement of the 15 blocks which was agreed upon. After making 10 calls to the store it was finally told to me that they will not be able to deliver. I requested a full refund. Whilst speaking to an incompetent dispatch staff member he asked me why i was " crying for15 Blocks"
I brought this to the owners attention and asked if they would give any customer material for free and the owner replied "Yes". So basically arrogance and ignorance towards customers stems from the head. Thoroughly check material"or request for Free
