NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT

ON FRIDAY 19TH APRIL 2013 I WAS SCHEDULED TO TAKE DELIVERY OF A 2010 KIA SPORTAGE. WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS TOLD THE CAR IS STILL AT KIA FOR A PART REPLACEMENT, I CAN SIGN MY FINANCE AGREEMENT CONTRACT IN THE MEANTIME, AND THE CAR WILL BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY 20TH APRIL. ON SATURDAY MORNING, MY HUSBAND AND I GOT AN SMS FROM THE SALES PERSON SIFISO APOLOGISING THAT THE CAR IS NOT READY, IT WILL NOW BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY, 22ND APRIL. ON MONDAY, NO-ONE CALLS US, WE HAD TO CONSTANTLY BE CALLING THE SALESPERSON TO FIND OUT WHEN THE CAR WILL BE DELIVERED AND WE WERE NOT GETTING A DEFINITE ANSWER.I THEN CALLED THE DEALER PRINCIPAL AHMED, WHO PROMISED THAT HE'LL HAVE THE CAR DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AFTER 12H00 NOON, THE CAR WAS DELIVERED IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: FILTHY, NO VALET WAS DONE TO THE CAR, THE PART THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED AT KIA WAS NOT, THERE IS A DENT ON THE BONET WHICH THE SALES PERSON DID NOT SHOW US WHEN WE VIEWED THE CAR, THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FOR AA TESTING, NO SPARE KEY, THE SALES PERSON SAYS HE FORGOT THE KEY.I THEN EMAILED AHMED TO RAISE MY CONCERNS, HE HAS STILL NOT RESPONDED.I HAVE NOW TAKEN UP THE MATTER WITH MFC, THEN I'LL GO OMBUD
