Broken fridge (3 y/o AEG). I call Orca, they send out a technician who has a look at says he'll get back to me once he has sourced the part.
- I hear nothing for a week then I get a call asking if I am happy with the service.
- I say 'What Service? ' nobody has come back to me.
- The woman apologises and says she'll have the technician contact me. Never calls back.
- Another week goes by and I call them to find out what's happening. A surly woman answers the phone. When I tell her I have been waiting two weeks for a response she does not attempt to apologise, just informs me that they are "very busy". She also cannot find my name or phone number on their records. Promises to call back. Never does.
