To whom it may concern
I have been trying to get my car fixed for the past week and a half. Every single occasion on which I contact your offices, I am in contact with the same woman who promises to call me back but never does. After having to phone said woman numerous times, a mobile technician was supposed to come and fix my car today. After waiting two hours, your professional agent neither arrives nor answers his phone. Which seems to be the gold standard for your company. Once again I called and got through to Said Female. After promising to call me back, guess what, she DIDN'T. Now, I am not asking for much. All I want is to bring my car in (yes I will make it that easy for you) and get it fixed. While I understand that you are under the misguided impression that you are doing me a favour, please bear in mind that this is a service for which I pay. Since you are not delivering this service and I am continuing to pay, how do you suggest we resolve this? One option is to get my own insurance to fix it and send you the bill for the excess.
