Took my model 1110 decoder to a very helpful Lester in Greenstone Edenvale. Unfortunately they did not have stock and I was asked to call on Tuesday to make sure they did have stock. I was away in Durban and my son called and informed the switcboard lady (Afrikaans Accent) that he was unable to come and collect the 1110 decoder but that he or me (Mentioning my name... again) would come and collect the decoder on Wed 13 Feb. This was acknowledged and accepted. Upon my return on Wed, I called and spoke to yet anolther Afrikaans speaking young lady who told me that they NOW suddenly do not have stock. She took my number down and after waiting for 2 hours I called her again. This time she denied taking my number. Schalk could not be reached. Upon trying my luck with the Pta branch I was told by yet another Afrikaans woman that the taking stock and they can't do exchanges. This is the worst company to deal with. Aerial Excellence should change their name... pathetic non-existent service... shocking bunch of liars!!!
