My Speed Queen washing machine stopped working. I googled "approved speed queen repairers" and Electroservice were the first to pop up. They arrived the next day and without my consent too the drum of the machine and left. Richard Classens called me and said they needed to take it away to repair it and that I needed to pay 70% of the full invoice (R1700). I paid it, stupidly, and I have not seen my drum ever since... That was 2 weeks ago. After much hounding and calls to Electroservice the owner there has swabbed it off saying it his not his problem as Richard is outsourced! THIS IS A!! I called Speed Queen and Electroservice is NOT an approved repairer! BEWARE!! They will your money and your possessions!!!
