My washing machine broke on the 15/1/13. I phoned Vasco Electrical T/A Jenton Electrical to come fix my machine and Donald was the person that came out. At first I was impressed with the quick service. The "spider" had to be replaced. He took the drum with him to get the spider off & have a new one fitted which ended up not fitting. The Thursday morning he phone me to get the machine model nr and promised to return that day but after I called them the Friday i was told that the part has to be couriered from JHB! The following Tuesday I phoned to find out whats happening, still nothing. Donald returned the following Wednesday but the Friday evening when i tried to use it, it sounded as if the machine was falling apart. The Monday I called just to find out that Donald doesn't work there anymore! The machines screws were missing, the magic filter was missing and after a full month of fighting with Tony I got it back today 12/02/13 and still the filter is missing and the top of the machine still didn't have screws in!! Save yourself the aggravation and use a reputable company. These people don't care and have NEVER heard of the word CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS A DISGRACE!!
