In July 2012 I visited Builders Warehouse and pick up a pamphlet on One-Call, who have contractors that come to your premises for construction, building etc. I contacted them and they sent out a contractor to my home to install and paint a door. This was done but the door was not put in correctly and does not close. Arta was in the process of removing a sliding door for me as well and had promised verbally and in writing that they would fix the door that would not close. Todate Anthony will not take my calls or the calls from ONe-Call. I got hold of him this morning and he advises that he is not interested and will not be coming to fix the door, in essence it is my problem and he then slammed the phone down on me. What a disgrace for a high profile company. I urge people to avoid using Arta as they do not stick to promises and their workmanship is an absolute disgrace.
