On 06/11/2013 my mother had Electric fencing installed, the quote was for R10 000, R5000 paid upfront to buy the needed stock. The workmanship is shocking!! The poles is bending, the wires are hanging loose, no indication (the yellow boards), no springs.. We have been struggling from Nov to get this fixed, Everytime they promise to come and fix it but to no avail I have called Wimpy numerous times and so has our neighbour but also to no avail, eventually with our last conversation he started shouting at me. When we asked about proper poles and the springs we were told that he forgot to put that in the quote and if we want that w need to pay another R2500. Is a quote not a quote?? Is it our fault that? His quote read "fully installed"... Our neighbours wires were done so shoddy that everytime he opens his gates the alarm goes off that is how badly the poles are bent. We are getting NO service from Wimpy at all! Is workers were there last sunday but left to go fetch a generator, they came back after 3 hours as their car broke down, they were suppose to come back this Sunday but it rained but once again they did not pick up the phone to let us know
