Cosmopolitan has build a house for me at protea glen ext 27, which I received the keys in August 2013. Hardly 6 months in the house the roof is leaking. I have send my complain via email in November and I didn't receive any feedback.
I followed up and called the office, spoke to Lebo and she was very helpful as she gave me Mathys contact details. I emailed as calls where not answered and he said I must resend the request with a complaint form, that was done and again no feedback given.
Currently making a follow up with Mathys, he rudely tells me to submit the query with insurance as they will be attending the query in their own time.
So I guess that means that I and my family will have to sit in a house with a leaking roof, our furniture being damaged and he is comfortable in his home and I still pay R5000 monthly.
Cosmopolitan is quick to say they are the best but those are just words with no meaning as the promises made are not kept once the banks have made payment then you are mat.
So angry
