This is more or less a complaint but i need advice from FNB concerning a bond that i am paying for a house that was built by Cosmopolitan Houses situated in Protea Glen.
The quality of the house does not reflect the the price of the house including the high amount of bond i am currently paying. I am happy that i am with FNB, but i think FNB does not evaluate these houses especially houses being built by Cosmopolitan. There are a lot of complaints regarding these houses and FNB should evaluate this before charging their clients the money they pay per monthly.
My request is that please FNB, what must i do to have my house be evaluated, because the money i am paying per month does not reflect the money you are charging me.
