Ofcourse Cosmopolitan won't reply but they don't deserve to sell houses. They have so many problems and mistakes at Protea Glen.luckily the Municipality has stopped them from building more houses before they fix the problems they have done.
Their houses won't last even 2 years, actually when buying a house from them is like you only buying a stand, because the house is a quantity. I have requested a bank to evaluate the house, hope that helps.
