On the 16th January, I purchased a Jacuzzi (Superior Spa) for over R20K. I've been referred to their supplier to follow up on delivery. (Why must I follow up with the supplier?) I've contacted their supply with no joy. They wait on Builders Warehouse to send then delivery note. (Why want Builders Warehouse send them the delivery note?) No body is prepared to assist me. I spend hours on the phone and just get pushed from pillar to post.
Absolutely disgusting way to service your customer who spends over R20K on a item.
Please don't give the generic response of we well take this out of this forum. Kindly get someone of authority within Builders Warehouse.
