I made it my duty to to come down from Johannesburg to manage an incident where my bathtub broke at home in Durban, On Saturday the 27 July 2013, I called at Builders Warehouse to purchase a bath tub on special and purchased some timber to conveniently include it in the delivery paid. It is to my surprise and unhappiness that Builders Warehouse has not delivered my products. My daughter who was at home to receive the delivery is now not available from Fridays, Please can someone phone and tell me what is going regarding my bath tub, as I have left this in the hands of my family but it seems as head, I need to manage the process and builders warehouse delivery issues from Joburg.
