Last week i posted a complaint on Hello Peter re. inferior products purchased from Builders Warehouse, and requiring repairs amounting to R180 000. Within a few hours of the post, someone from Builders Warehouse responded on Hello Peter that my complaint had been forwarded to the appropriate person, and that they would contact me shortly. To-date, no-one from Builders Warehouse has contacted me to follow up. It seems as if Builders Warehouse only responds quickly in the public forums to seem to the general public as if they are dealing with matters, when behind the scenes they are not. Not only are there products grossly inferior, but their service is too.
