I brought R600 dual LNB at Builders Warehouse Strubenvally I used it for about a month and it would not work anymore.
I took it back and asked them to send it to the suppliers Ellies Electronics.
This was on 23 September.
On the 27 September I got call from the store informing me that they still have not sent in the LNB and that it the suppliers fault and they look to get hold of the supplier again on 30th September.
Ellies has got in store inside Builders Warehouse and this excuse is just not good enough.
I feel it the suppliers not interested Builders Warehouse should replace the product and resolve this with the supplier themselves.
Electronics good usually have 1 year warranty anyway.
