I have noticed a steady decline in service and replacement of quality products for generic ones within Builder's Warehouse. The latest incident is when I purchased 2 lengths of wood 2 weeks ago and to date they have not yet been cut. Builders used to cut while you wait - other wood suppliers do!
The cutting list is not complicated - we are talking about 2 straight planks! I would like a refund due to non-delivery.
Going forwards I will have to take my business elsewhere.
