I have made payments to Electrovend of R 6, 120.00 during 2013
When I requested proof of payment to the Tshwane municipality Electrovend could only provide proof of R 3, 467.58 paid during 2013.
Thus payments made from Electrovend to Tshwane is far behind with the nett result that my account is always in arrears for which I am being charged extra.
Enquiries via e-mail re the reason for the arrears or when the arrears will be paid remains unanswered.
