Electrovend owes the Tswane Municipality R755 000-00 who came to cut my house until the full bill is settled. I believe this has happened finally as my electricity failed on Saturday afternoon [17h40]. Since then [20 October 2013] my electricity is off and it seems to be on the municipal electricity pole where Dingaan previously installed a breaker. Many calls later I finally got hold of Riaan [Sunday 10h00] who promised me that Dingaan will come and fix the problem. Then as usual, NO feedback, no Dingaan and still no electricity. I got hold of Dingaan's cell number and called him, he's in Mpumalanga sounding very intoxicated and clearly no ways or means to fix this connection anytime soon. It is now Sunday 15h18 and i managed to get hold of Dingaan once again who told me that he cannot come from his place in Mpumalanga to "just" connect me. Any attempt to get hold of ANY Electrovend employee is useless as all the phones tell you to call the after hours number which in turn also refer you to the after hour numbers. A vicious circle of zero assistance. Another day without electricity because Electrovend is masters in run-around. The arrears acc is available for anyone who cares.
