No vouchers for deposit made??

I have made an EFT transfer to you/your company on the 11th July for the usual amount of 5 x tokens, upon only receiving 1 x token I had to contact the offices, thereafter I only got sent another x2, informing me that ELECTROVEND will OWE me tokens as they do not have? You are an electricity supplier, right? IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND YOU CANT SUPPLY, WHY CANT YOU INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER?? It is Monday the 15 th, and guess what, still nothing. Renier, your attitude towards a customer is unacceptable and arrogant. You have no idea about customer service, PLEASE DO ME THE FAVOUR and come and remove the unit, AS YOU SUGGESTED, as the service generally from ELECTROVEND is PATHETIC, and I don't need YOUR SARCASM over the phone when I'm calling YOU for something that BELONGS TO ME... And make VERY SURE the account with Tshwane is settled in full.. I'm done pulling my hair out with your company.. Id rather deal with Tshwane directly.
