I am very appalled at the service I have received from Sandy at Pooltopia.
My pool has been installed in March 2013 and since then I have been phoning and e-mailing Sandy for my guarantee.
Sandy has referred me to the manufacturer, a person by the name of Jan, on which I have told her that I did not pay Jan, I paid Pooltopia.
On Monday 20th January 2014 I called Sandy again for the guarantee only to be told that I need to send her my details so that she can arrange to have my certificate which I asked my wife to do.
On 22 January at 16:00 I called to follow up with Sandy, who then said that there is something wrong with her e-mail.
I said that she must stop giving me the run around.
I said that I am at a point where I want to give this matter to my attorney.
She got very aggressive with me (the consumer) and said that I must do what I want to and she slammed the phone down while I was still talking.
I called her back and said that I will give the NSPI a call about her atrocious service and her attitude towards the very customer who paid her R61000 to fit a pool.
Sandy's response to me was that if I do that "I can kiss my 10 year guarantee and installation certificate
