Faulty part installed, no response on queries

On 9 January, they sent a technician to repair a noisy freezer fan motor. Cost was R1685. 2 Days later the same problem recurred. I first called kelvin on 0810170812 the technician and he said he will come on 16 January. He never arrived. Then called Leon on 0118853666 who promised they will send someone on 17 January. He never arrived. I then called a very rude lady on 0123265802 (the call gets forwarded to a cell though) who said she will get someone to call me back. Never happened. Then called Leon again, he said someone will come on 18 january. Nobody arrived. The most unethical bunch of corrupt I have ever come across. NEVER use them
