I logged a call with Dell on Monday, 6th January. Call center assured me a technician will be sent to my work address the following day (7 January).
Technician has not called and i am still waiting. called Dell 0860 103 017 (option 3) today and am still waiting - what is the point of paying for next business day repair if it takes longer then that?
So i must wait. Was promised that my laptop will be repaired in 24hrs and its not, shocking service.
