My pool developed a leak which was eventually traced to a pipe buried under a patio by the previous developer of my home. Poolyboys installed a new temporary pipe, AT NO COST, to test where the leak could be. I received regular phone calls to check on the status of water levels, leakage, etc. The owner then came to look 2x and we then decided to put in a new pipe in a different location.
I decided at that stage to refurbish the pool. When the invoice was sent it was higher than I had expected for both jobs. When I discussed this with Robert, no questions were asked and I was given a considerable amount off the final bill.
All round, the personal attention, friendly staff and excellent job on the pool means I will be back to support this small business in my area. Thanks to Robert and his team!
