We installed an automated double garage door about 4 years ago. My first issue arrived when we needed our spring retensioned and serviced about a year later when I called for over 3 weeks before someone came out to service, and this only happened when I emailed the owner Suresh Singh.
In November I called them again to advise that the motor had stopped working, please could someone come out and repair or replace.
In desperation in early January, we stripped the motor and found the broken part which we then took to their offices in Gale Street. We were told that they had no stock and they would contact us when stock of this part arrived.
It is now February and still nothing, not a phone call since first reporting the problem.
The receptionist claims that because we live so far away, Pennington, they do not have anyone able to come out to us. This wasn't a problem when we placed the order, they confirmed that they had many clients in our area and distance was not a problem.
I have called them again this morning and given them until end today to resolve our problem, or I will be contacting another supplier to replace with a new system.
