Lack of proper service caused my house to flood

Bakgat replaced a part on the geyser that apparently is not covered by the insurance on 3dec 2013. This was after a valve opened and the geyser released all the water luckily through an exterior overflow pipe. On 31 dec THE SAME part mal functioned and this was confirmed by another plumber of THE SAME COMPANY. Only this time around my entire lounge was flooded. Need to replace the ceilings, carpets and repaint walls. Bakgat passing the buck to the supplier however the supplier said that the guarantee remains with bakgat as they installed the part. Waiting to date for manager of bakgat to come back to us to stand up and take responsibility. Insurance company agree that bakgat should be held liable for damages. Today 12 jan again a pop in the roof and there goes the electricity... Again waiting for the water to come pouring down, phoned michelle from bakgat and still waiting for the plumbers she was suppose to send out... Think its time to consult a lawyer!
