We had a pool installed by Bakgat Pools in 2009. Over the years I recommended them to all of my friends and colleagues, who were all impressed by the work they did and the exceptional service they provided. When we bought our house we decided to install a pool. From the first glance we liked this company just by looking at their website. It looked a lot different than the other websites we were on and this made us curious. So we decided to give them a call and find out what makes them so different from the others. From the word go, they were very professional and offered to come out the same day to give us a quote and to answer questions we may have. After Shane's site visit we decided that this was the company to use. My wife and I decided to wait a while before writing a report on hellopeter. Reason: the before service is not necessarily the same as the after service. But were we amazed! Up until now we had no problems with our pool! One of our other friends who also used them had a problem with the pool pump, and Shane sorted this out within 3 days. After 4 YEARS our pool still looks amazing!! Thank you BAKGAT POOLS
