My wife and I are moving this coming Saturday. We have made it very clear to Bakgat Removals from the word go. We have email proof and we also spoke to them about this over the phone.
(They were to move all our household stuff and store it for us.)
I was about to pay in the money when I realised they had the wrong date. My wife contacted them, and they said they don't move over long weekends. Problem is they accepted on numerous occasions. She phoned him (the CEO of the company) again yesterday. He had BAD attitude, yelled at my wife over the phone, said they won't move us and put down the phone in her ear.
All this as we were to PAY for the service which they already accepted to do and this 4 days before the move.
This is TERRIBLE service and if the CEO handles himself this way I would advise people to not use them in future.
