The supplier charged double of the most expensive alternative quote obtained to unblock a blocked drain. When queried the supplier got aggressive and said that they had to charge double during the festive season. Eventually offered a 20% discount which was still 40% more expensive than the most expensive alternative quote.

Will not use this supplier again.
